The Press

 

The grapes are officially wine, so we take the skins and press that wonderful colour out of them, not to mention the flavors an tannins! 
If only I could bottle up that colour and paint with it, sadly on paper the colour fades, it's but a fleeting beauty you can enjoy in your glass.
